1-2-1 Sessions

Settled minds offers 1-2-1 sessions to help individuals learn and implement the skills and techniques of mindfulness into their own personal and professional lives. Benefitting both their mental and physical health and wellbeing.

8 week mindfulness based living course (mblc). £180pp

This 8 week course consists of 8 group sessions which are typically 2 hours long and between 6-16 members per group.

Mindfulness is a life skill and is being researched and validated within the fields of neuroscience and positive psychology. Each week the sessions are made up of the theory underpinning mindfulness and then mindful practices such as meditation. The skills developed are used to help efficiently organise the individuals thinking and behavioural patterns/ habits and understand their mind body connection.
